Qualification Criteria
Each applicant must meet the following requirements:

Income – You must attach proof of income with your application. Include any sources of income you have, such as your work, child support, alimony, disability and any sort of aid such as Section 8, Social Security, Workers’ Compensation, Investment Income and so on.

Credit – Don’t assume that just because you have low credit, your application will be refused or that just because you have high credit, it will be accepted.
Size and breed limits apply to some properties, some allow cats but not dogs and vice versa. If you have any queries about a specific property, please contact us and we will gladly contact the owner on your behalf.

Prior Rental Experience – Your present landlord and as many former landlords as possible will be contacted. This is, without a doubt, the most crucial thing we look at. Please help us with this by providing as much information as you can.

Things You’ll Need to Include in Your Application:
A photocopy of your driver’s license.
Proof of income: Your three most recent pay stubs, or other suitable proof of income paperwork.
A $25 application fee is required for each adult candidate.
